METCON (Metabolic Conditioning)

Our METCON sessions are high-energy, results-driven workouts designed to challenge your entire body and push your limits – no matter your fitness level.

BODYWEIGHT CARDIO

Our Bodyweight Cardio sessions are short, sharp, and effective – designed to elevate your heart rate and maximise fat burn in just 20 minutes.

ABT (Abs, Butt & Thighs)

Our ABT sessions are focused, low-intensity workouts designed to target the muscles you don’t always hit in traditional strength training. 

CORE

Our Core sessions are designed to build true, functional strength through your entire midsection—not just your abs.

BOXING FOR FITNESS

Our Boxing for Fitness sessions are high-energy, skill-based workouts designed to get your heart rate up while teaching you real boxing fundamentals.

STRENGTH & POWER

Our Strength & Power sessions are designed to help you build real strength, improve muscle tone, and move with confidence.

SATURDAY ATHLETICS TEAM TRAINING

Saturday training is where athletes are built. This session is designed for anyone wanting to level up their fitness, whether you’re preparing for Spartan races, triathlons, obstacle events, or simply want to push your training to the next level.
