This style of training combines strength, cardio, and functional movement into one dynamic session that keeps your heart rate elevated while building muscle and endurance. Expect a mix of free weights, bodyweight exercises, mobility work, and conditioning tools such as ropes, skipping, running, slam balls, and weighted bags. Every session is varied, so no two workouts feel the same.
