Our Core sessions are designed to build true, functional strength through your entire midsection—not just your abs. We focus on developing strength, stability, and control to help you move better, lift stronger, and reduce your risk of injury.
Each class begins with core activation exercises to switch on the right muscles, then progressively builds in intensity throughout the session. You’ll work through a combination of movements targeting your abs, obliques, and lower back to create balanced, all-round core strength.
We incorporate bodyweight exercises along with added resistance such as dumbbells, depending on your current level. Every movement can be modified, making this class suitable for all fitness levels—from beginners to advanced.
