We combine power, strength, endurance, and conditioning into one high-energy team-based workout using tyres, sleds, running, carries, and functional challenges that build real athletic ability.
You’ll train alongside like-minded people who are there to work hard, support each other, and push past limits you didn’t think were possible. There are no egos, no judgement—just grit, effort, and determination.
This session is not for everyone, but everything can be modified to suit your level. So don’t be scared to give it a go—you’ll be surprised what you can do when you’re backed by the right environment.
