Our Strength & Power sessions are designed to help you build real strength, improve muscle tone, and move with confidence. This is structured, progressive training focused on quality over speed—using slow, controlled, and technical movements to get the most out of every lift.
You’ll work with barbells, dumbbells, and resistance bands to target both major muscle groups and the smaller stabilising muscles that support strength, balance, and injury prevention. Each session is programmed with purpose, allowing you to safely push your limits and progressively increase your strength over time.
Training is split into Upper Body and Lower Body (Legs) sessions:
