Our ABT sessions are focused, low-intensity workouts designed to target the muscles you don’t always hit in traditional strength training. Using resistance bands (including booty bands) and bodyweight exercises, we isolate and activate smaller muscle groups such as the hip flexors, glutes, and stabilisers that play a key role in movement, balance, and performance.
