ABT (Abs, Butt & Thighs)

Our ABT sessions are focused, low-intensity workouts designed to target the muscles you don’t always hit in traditional strength training. Using resistance bands (including booty bands) and bodyweight exercises, we isolate and activate smaller muscle groups such as the hip flexors, glutes, and stabilisers that play a key role in movement, balance, and performance. 

These controlled, isolated movements help improve muscle activation, build strength, and create better definition through the thighs and glutes—while your core is engaged the entire time. 

ABT is especially beneficial for: 

  • Injury prevention and recovery  
  • Improving running performance and movement efficiency  
  • Supporting stronger, safer heavy lifts (like squats and deadlifts)  
  • Building power for athletic movements such as kicking and sprinting
